Biography
Greetings, my name is Dr. Adam M. Dost, and I am a physician, internist, and medical director at SCU. My roots are firmly planted in Southern California, where I have spent most of my life. Ever since I was young, I knew that I wanted to pursue a career in medicine and education.
To achieve my goals, I studied biology at UCSD, where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree. Later, I went on to obtain a Master's degree in Public Health at UCLA, followed by a Doctorate of Osteopathy from Western University of Health Science. In 2013, I fulfilled my residency requirements in Internal Medicine at Loma Linda University of Health Science. With over 9 years of experience in the medical field, I have specialized in internal medicine and have worked with different medical groups and societies to serve patients in our community while also teaching medical and physician assistant students.
My professional experiences have sharpened my attention to detail, strengthened my problem-solving abilities, and refined my teamwork skills. In addition to my work, I am also passionate about dancing and music, which help me maintain a healthy work-life balance. When I am not working, I love spending time with my loved ones, traveling, and experiencing different cultures.
