Biography

Felicia Cohn, Ph.D., HEC-C, is the Bioethics Director for Kaiser Permanente, Orange County, and a Clinical Professor at the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine. She previously served as President of the American Society for Bioethics and Humanities and the founding chair of the Health Care Ethics Consultation Certification Commission.  Her current work involves bedside clinical ethics consultation, policy development, and ethics education.  She writes and speaks on topics including ethics consultation, end-of-life care, informed consent, family violence, and medical education. She received her PhD in Religious Ethics from the University of Virginia.
