Biography
Dr. Jennifer Noborikawa earned a BS in Biochemistry from California State University, Fullerton and a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from SCU. She wears multiple hats on campus at Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCU) as an assistant professor, the Herbal Pharmacy manager, and the Tactical Sports Medicine Acupuncturist. She provides acupuncture to the Tactical population to help manage pain from their injuries. She also serves the student population at UCLA as an acupuncturist in the Arthur Ashe Student Health Center. Dr. Noborikawa is currently the Communications Committee Chair for the Integrative, Complementary, and Traditional Health Practices section of the American Public Health Association (APHA). She has published research and presented at several conferences as an early-career health care professional. Dr. Noborikawa enjoys working with patients of all ages and has a special interest in women’s health, oncology, and pediatric care.
