Biography

Dr. Megan L. Miramontes was born and raised in Southern California. In 2016, she graduated with a Master’s of Science degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Southern California University of Health Sciences in Whittier, California. Passionate to further her education, she then elected to pursue her doctoral degree. In 2018, she earned her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science. Dr. Miramontes is licensed in the state of California as well as nationally credentialed as a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine. She currently serves as faculty for her alma mater SCU. She also specializes in sports related injuries and served as a tactical clinician, where she treated veterans, first responders, and military personnel. Dr. Miramontes is not strictly business though! She spends much of her free time with her family and friends. Her hobbies include traveling, attending concerts, and cooking
