My name is Cesar Gomez. I am the laboratory technician for the Accelerated Sciences Department at Southern California University of Health Sciences in Whittier. I have an associate degree in education and liberal arts from West Los Angeles College and a senior at California State University Bakersfield as a biochemistry major.

My experience includes working as a paraprofessional for 6 years for LAUSD, lab assistant for biology and chemistry while in school. My experience as a STEM student has taught me a variety of essential skills and techniques that ensure experiments and tests are conducted accurately, safely, and efficiently. Through hands-on projects and coursework, I've gained a strong understanding of scientific methodologies, the importance of precision, and how to approach complex problems systematically. In my spare time, I enjoy attending sporting events, cooking, and traveling.
