Biography

I was born and raised in India, where my journey in education and science began. The curiosity of knowing the intricate details of how things work led me to pursue my undergraduate degree in chemistry in India.
Eager to expand my horizons, I decided to pursue a Master’s degree in Chemistry at California State University, Northridge.  Moving to a new country challenged me in ways I had never anticipated, but it also opened up a wealth of opportunities. My research involved synthesising tagged phospholipids to study their function.

After completing my Master’s degree, I had the privilege of working as a research assistant and teaching assistant at the University of California, Riverside. These roles were incredibly rewarding; I was able to contribute to cutting-edge research while also helping students navigate the complexities of chemistry.

Currently, I serve as an adjunct faculty member in the chemistry department at Southern California University of health Sciences in online  setting. I also teach face to face classes from community collges near me.In this role, I strive to foster a love for science in my students, encouraging them to think critically and explore the wonders of chemistry.
