Dr. John Minchin has over 3 decades experience in education.  HIs positions include: Provost, Dean, Director of Institutional Effectiveness, Director of Student services.   In addition to his Administrative roles he has taught graduate courses in Management Finance and Control, Advanced Measurement and Statistics, Business Research Methods, Statistical Analysis, Quantitative Research Methods and undergraduate courses in Business and Psychology.  John Minchin holds a DSc in Information Systems and Communication from Robert Morris University and a MEd in Education from the University of Pittsburgh.
