Kellen Otte attended Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota, where he obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C) license in 2016. During his education, he had many oppertunities to work with athletes from the high school level through olympians. Upon completion of his degree, he was accepted into a fellowship program at the Northwestern Health Sciences University Human Performance Center.

Upon completion of the fellowship, he was offered a residency position at Southern California University of Health Sciences. During his two years residency, he worked with the Tactical Sports Medicine department, obtained his Diplomate from the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians, completed multiple rotations at the Elite Athlete Training Center in Chula Vista, CA, among many oppertunities in the sports medicine field.

Currently, he is working in the Physical Medicine Department of Crossover Health, an integrative medical organization. He continues his passion for sports medicine working with collegiate and high school athletics, in addition to teaching Sports Medicine Selectives.
