Biography
Dr. Grout is a Research Data Analyst at Southern California University of Health Sciences. She holds a PhD in public health from Otago University in New Zealand and an MPH from Tufts University. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Vermont. Dr. Grout has more than eight years of research experience across a broad array of public health topics. She has authored numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and also has extensive public policy experience.
