Biography

Dr. Marc Bock practices in Huntington Beach, CA, as a chiropractor, clinical psychologist, consultant, and educator. His chiropractic practice focuses on spine and extremity injuries and stress related problems. His psychology practice focuses on anger management, stress reduction, pain management, communication, and relationship issues with individuals and couples.

He continues to provide consulting and education by giving presentations and seminars in the U.S. on anger management, conflict management, domestic violence, relationships, communication, and on the interaction of the mind with the body.

Dr. Bock’s passion for teaching has allowed him to experience great fulfillment by being able to dynamically share with and learn from students while involving them directly in their process of growth. He has the honor to continue this educational process with individuals at universities, corporations, businesses, churches, and community groups, in person and through various medias.

His unique dual licensure and practice as a Chiropractor and Clinical Psychologist allows him to be fully aware of patients’ complex mind/body connections which affect the patients’ health and their response to their conditions. Dr. Bock shares his real-world clinical experiences providing students the opportunity to gain proficiency while learning the importance of addressing the total patient in the clinical environment by engage them in a dynamic learning environment.

He believes it is important to remember, when you say a person is “a pain in the neck,” you really mean it. The students can develop practical skills learning how to treat the whole person, enabling them to provide a healing opportunity to their patients’ body, mind, and spirit to meet the true goal of health care which is total health.

Dr. Bock continues his work as an educator and consultant at SCU for the betterment of the individual, the university, and the community.
