With an MS in management and administration from Pepperdine University, Marilyn Allen is an expert in practice-building, office management, marketing, and professional ethics and jurisprudence. Marilyn is a nationally recognized speaker and educator on the subject of alternative healthcare professions and serves as the editor of Acupuncture Today, one of the leading periodicals for the acupuncturist profession. In addition, Marilyn was appointed as the liaison to the World Health Organization for the International Classification of Traditional Medicine Committee, and is a U.S. delegate to the International Standards Organization’s technical advisory group. Her mission is to advance acupuncture and Chinese medicine globally, and to produce skilled practitioners that can lead this cause.

Dr. Kevin Liu is the founder of Risen International Culture Exchange Center (RICEC), an international nonprofit organization providing diversified platform for scholars around the world. With an excellent reputation and professional team, RICEC has gained high credibility and established partnerships with many universities and research institutes in the United States, China, Taiwan, and Ukraine. Kevin has a Doctorate in Business Administration and a master’s in journalism and speaks four languages. He is committed to providing high-quality educational services, and helping students to grow and cultivate a noble sense of social responsibility.

Dr. Denise Wiesner, DACM, L.Ac, is the founder of Natural Healing & Acupuncture and has been a Los Angeles resident for over 30 years. She has an exercise kinesiology degree from UCLA and is certified by the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine. Her vast knowledge and experience with women’s health and fertility has helped thousands achieve their conception goals. She has taught professional seminars to obstetrician-gynecologists and nurse-midwives on the application of Chinese medicine in obstetrics and gynecology. When she isn’t working, teaching, or writing, Denise enjoys playing guitar, practicing yoga, dancing, and spending time with her two sons, Noah and Ethan.
